01What Service Do You Need?
Mail-in tier. You mail or drop off your original documents, and they are filed in person with the Secretary of State on the next scheduled filing day. Standard processing is 10–15 business days. Notarization by Remote Online Notarization (RON) is included where your document needs it ($25 for each additional signer or credible witness). Document retrieval from a registrar, university, court, or issuing office is part of the Texas Executive tier and is not available here. Priority hand-carried handling is available on this tier for $150 — your documents are filed on the next available filing day once your documents are ready — agreement signed, payment cleared, and notarization complete or originals in hand. Filing days follow the Secretary of State’s schedule.

Also included: RON notarization ($25 for each additional signer or credible witness), retrieval from the issuing institution where needed, a check against the receiving party’s written requirements, and a scanned copy of the apostilled document before the original ships. 02Where Are You Located?
Mobile notary travel fees are based on distance from Cibolo, TX. RON and apostille-only services have no travel charge.
03Document Destination & Shipping
Select your region first, then your preferred delivery speed. Shipping is fully coordinated — we handle outbound filing and return delivery to you. Return shipping is billed at carrier cost plus a $25 handling charge for each shipment we coordinate, the same basis whether your documents are going across town or overseas. Documents that can be printed for filing travel once; original documents that must arrive in physical form travel twice and are quoted accordingly. The carrier figures below are estimates for a single shipment; the exact cost is confirmed on your written quote before anything ships.

04Add-Ons & Special Requests
Certified translation is billed at cost — $50 per page for Spanish, $60 per page for all other languages. The $65 coordination fee is Kristy's flat charge for reviewing your documents, confirming the page count, placing and managing the order, and standing behind the delivered translation. Final page count is confirmed in writing after document review.

Witness Requirement
Texas wills, living wills, and declarations of guardian typically require 2 witnesses. Medical POAs need either a notary OR 2 witnesses.
Bring-your-own witnesses: Witnesses must be 14+ years old (18+ recommended), mentally competent, and cannot be a beneficiary of the document or related to a beneficiary. We'll advise on requirements before the appointment.
