We serve Bexar, Guadalupe, and Comal counties — including San Antonio, Cibolo, Schertz, Universal City, Converse, New Braunfels, and Seguin. Extended travel is available by arrangement. RON is available statewide and nationwide.
Yes — we regularly partner with title companies, mortgage lenders, and law firms for loan signings, legal document execution, and managed signing network services. Contact us to discuss volume pricing and partnership arrangements.
Yes — through Remote Online Notarization (RON), we can notarize documents for clients located anywhere in the United States. International clients can also be served via RON for qualifying documents.
Appointments & Scheduling
Book online through the Book Now page, call 210-628-9991, or email info@notarizedbykristy.com. Same-day appointments are available when scheduling permits. After booking you'll receive a confirmation with preparation instructions.
Appointments are available Monday through Saturday with flexible hours including evenings. Contact us for same-day availability.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in applicable service or travel fees. No-shows are subject to the full reserved service fee.
What to Bring
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or military ID) and the documents to be notarized. Do not sign the documents beforehand — signatures must be made in the notary's presence.
A reliable internet connection, a device with camera and microphone, a valid government-issued ID, and your documents uploaded in advance. We'll send a link with full instructions before your session.
Yes — documents like wills and powers of attorney may require witnesses. Contact us in advance if your document requires witnesses so we can make arrangements.
Pricing & Payment
Texas notary fees are $10 per notarized signature by law. Additional fees apply for travel, RON sessions, and specialized services. All pricing is transparent and provided upfront.

Apostille
Standard processing through the Texas Secretary of State takes 5–10 business days after we receive your documents. Rush options available. International shipping adds additional transit time.
It depends on the document type. Vital records (birth, marriage certificates) typically do not. Private documents like affidavits and POAs typically do. We review this with you before submission.
Yes. If your document was issued in Texas, we can coordinate the apostille from anywhere. RON is available for any notarization needed, and we ship internationally via DHL.
