What to Bring
A valid, government-issued photo identification is required — driver's license, U.S. passport, or military identification card. The identification must be current and unexpired. Documents must not be signed prior to the appointment, as signatures must be executed in the notary's presence.
A stable internet connection, a device with functioning camera and microphone, a valid government-issued photo identification, and documents uploaded to the platform in advance of the scheduled session. Instructions and a session link will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Yes. Documents including wills and certain powers of attorney may require the presence of one or more witnesses. If your document requires witnesses, they must be present at the time of notarization or arranged in advance. Contact us prior to your appointment to coordinate witness requirements.
Fees & Payment
The Texas statutory notary fee is $10 per notarized signature. Additional fees apply for travel, Remote Online Notarization sessions, and specialized services. All pricing is disclosed and confirmed prior to any engagement.
Cash, credit and debit cards, and electronic payment via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Yes. Volume and institutional pricing is available for title companies, law firms, and organizations requiring recurring or bulk notarization services. Contact us to discuss your requirements and receive a custom quote.
Apostille
Standard processing through the Texas Secretary of State typically requires five to ten business days following receipt of your documents. Expedited options are available. International shipping transit time is in addition to processing time and varies by destination.
This depends on the document type. Vital records issued by the State of Texas — such as birth certificates and marriage certificates — typically do not require prior notarization. Private documents including affidavits and powers of attorney generally do. We conduct a document review prior to submission and advise accordingly.
Yes. If your document was issued in Texas, we can coordinate the apostille process regardless of your current location. Remote Online Notarization is available for any required notarization, and completed documents are shipped internationally via DHL upon request.
