Kristy Davis is a retired United States Navy veteran with more than 21 years of active service. Following her military career, she founded Texas Notary Kristy — a DBA of Notarized By Kristy LLC — establishing a professional notarial practice based in Cibolo, Texas, serving the San Antonio metropolitan area and clients statewide.

She holds the NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent designation and is a Texas-commissioned notary public. Her practice serves individual clients, title companies, law firms, mortgage lenders, and government agencies across a broad range of notarial and document services engagements.

The discipline, precision, and accountability developed through two decades of naval service define the standard applied to every client engagement — regardless of complexity, urgency, or location.

She holds Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) federal certifications, is registered in SAM.gov, and is actively pursuing government contracting engagements in the notarial and document services space.
